Samuel Nowlin Reeves Jr (born October 20, 1980) is an American actor, director and producer. He was born in Washington D.C., but moved to Atlanta when he was a child. After graduating from High Point University with a degree in communications, he went to Tennessee State University where he earned his Master’s in Theatre Arts.

In 2006 Samuel Reeves joined the cast of the ABC Family original series Greek as Nick Karavas and appeared on several episodes until leaving due to schedule conflicts with another role he was filming at Universal Studios Hollywood.[1][2]

He has since appeared in several feature films and TV shows such as The First 48, The Game Plan and HBO’s True Blood. He’s best known for his role as Mace Windu in the Star Wars prequel trilogy (1999–2005). His first major role came when he starred alongside Denzel Washington in the 1993 crime drama Higher Learning. His film debut was together for days

Samuel “Happy” Reeve Jr., who was born in 1954, made his film debut in 1991. He appeared as a guest star in the comedy film Together for Days. The movie tells the story of a couple who get married but cannot have children because they are infertile. It received mixed reviews from critics, who praised Reeve’s performance but criticized its direction and screenplay.

The director of the film, Robert Greenwald, also directed Reeve in his next role. In 1992 Reeve played a supporting role in The Hand That Rocks the Cradle. The thriller stars Annabella Sciorra as a woman who is hired as a nanny but turns out to be violent and dangerous. Reeve played her husband and was praised for his performance by critics.

The movie received mostly positive reviews and was praised for its direction, screenplay and performances. It also won the Saturn Award for Best Thriller Film at the Academy of Science Fiction Fantasy & Horror Films in 1993. In 1993 Reeve played a supporting role in Village of the Damned, which is based on John Wyndham’s novel The Midwich Cuckoos.
